The United States have reopened their borders to foreigners, after about 1 year and a half of being closed for the containment of the new coronavirus pandemic. The announcement was made by the Brazilian and American embassies and consulates, which will have to create a real task force to recommence the issue of visas for entry into American territory. The detention worries the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but the American diplomatic representation has informed the newspaper “Estadão” that they are working “to resume their routine services in a safe way as quickly as possible”.
