If, before, the idea of working at home was an expectation for most of the workers, the social distancing imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic sped up the process and made it real in the middle of March. Many cities have already made more flexible the rules imposed by social distancing due to the new coronavirus pandemic, liberating not only workers in professions considered essential to society, but also other workers. However, the relaxation of rules will not be extended to all work categories. At least, this is what is related by a research coordinated by Andr\u00e9 Miceli, MBA coordinator of Marketing and Digital Business Intelligence at FGV. According to the data collected, when the pandemic is over the home office as a work model will grow 30% in Brazil. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe coronavirus crisis and its impact on the work Market will bring some enduring changes. One of them is the home office, the popular work at home, that will jump 30% after the period of social distancing\u201d declares the specialist on his site. In an interview to the Folha Dirigida, the professor added that this scenario was expected even before the pandemic, although alternating with presential activity. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe home office has already proved to be effective. Added to this, you remove cars from the street, unburden public transport, mobilize the economy in a different way. And you give people more time to care for their health and enjoy pleasurable activities without a reduction in performance and revenues. It is obvious that the Coronavirus pandemic has anticipated a reality that we would probably experience in one or two years, or even less, since, even before this sad event, we already had the technological tools for the performance of activities in home office\u201d, concluded the researcher. <\/p>\n
