Among them, and in first place, time saving is significant. Large Brazilian metropolises have a chaotic vehicular traffic due to the great demand for mobility at rush hours. This means a waste of time in dislocations that could mean more free time for the employee. This facility leads to a wider time window to take children to school, go shopping, go to the gym, among other activities that lead to better personal well-being.<\/p>\n

However, we must look at the needs of these employees in terms of structure. The residential and corporate realities in Brazil are, in many cases, extremely different. . No matter how possible it is to adapt to a model of production with what one has at home, some items are necessary in order to optimize work.<\/p>\n

All of these sevices demand fast and consistent connections. One of the great risks of the unstructured home office model is the vulnerability of the data. The last basic demand is structure. It is essential for the collaborator to be installed in a comfortable and calm place that guarantees his productivity while working. That is why offering an office structure, with chair, desk, cabinets and printer, for instance, makes a big difference in the total work.<\/p>\n

Finally, it\u2019s very important that the managers be sure to understand how their collaborator\u2019s life context is.
