{"id":835,"date":"2020-06-23T16:57:59","date_gmt":"2020-06-23T16:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fink.com.br\/transfer\/2020\/06\/23\/aviso-fink-covid19-en\/"},"modified":"2022-12-09T17:21:15","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T17:21:15","slug":"aviso-fink-covid19-en","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fink.com.br\/mobility\/en\/aviso-fink-covid19-en\/","title":{"rendered":"Fink x Covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/WARNING_FINKCOVID.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dear customer,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>FINK mobility has taken the following measures in order to protect its employees, customers and the society:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have reviewed our contingency and business continuity plans to make sure they are good enough to face the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have established health and safety protocols for our teams and have trained them to make sure all actions and preventive cares are understood by all.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have implemented home office for our office staff and you should see no difference in our services, considering FINK has paperless operations and all documentation is in our system.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are suggesting virtual surveys to customers, instead of sending the surveyor to the residence. If presential survey requested, we do it following our health protocol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Temperature of all employees is taken upon arrival for the workday, ensuring medical care in case of fever.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masks and alcohol gel, liquid soap and disposable towels are available and mandatory for all employees that are not in home-office.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers are requested to use masks while our crew is in their homes and to make a sink with running water available at all times for our crew to wash their hands.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our crew is instructed to keep a distance and greetings with any physical contact is not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All our packing material is quarantined before being used, according to the scientific publications regarding the time the virus remains active on different surfaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are working together with customers HR\u00b4s and private customer to establish the best customized procedure considering time and origin of a possible travel of the families we need to assist.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special cleaning of our facilities is taking place daily.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have organized private transportation to our operational crews to prevent them to use public transportation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our HR is keeping all employees duly informed every day to assure every employee is aware of any development in the procedures and actions taken.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All travels are cancelled.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We reassure our commitment to our people and the society, while keeping our services with seamless adaptation to the reality we are now facing regarding COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay safe!<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear customer, FINK mobility has taken the following measures in order to protect its employees, customers and the society:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":13,"featured_media":1656,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2320],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-835","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
