Another aspect that must be considered is the individual\u2019s social skills, either to communicate or to establish relationships with others. These skills will play an important role not only in the social ambiance, but also in the professional one.<\/span><\/p>\n Furthermore, the worker in question must be open to novelty. New cultures, new experiences, and new ways of working are only a few examples of what can be a novelty in his new ambiance.
