With the restrictive measures and the need for social isolation, people have to&nbsp;spend more time at home. The result is a search for better quality spaces, with outdoors&nbsp;areas. Regarding that, houses have been the preferred options by Brazilian families. Spaces&nbsp;with balconies and verandahs have also gained the preference of clients.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.abrainc.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Brazilian Association of Real Estate Developers(Abrainc) <\/a>has done a research to&nbsp;evaluate the market tendency during the pandemic. Among the points identified is the&nbsp;interest in houses. According to their survey, 10% of people who looked for an apartment&nbsp;before the pandemic now, with the new reality, want a house. Furthermore, another 20%&nbsp;search for larger properties. <br \/>.<br \/>The change in interest also appears in a survey by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imovelweb.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Imovelweb<\/a>. In only one year, the real&nbsp;estate agency registered an increase of 96% in the search for houses with yards. The&nbsp;search for properties with verandahs increased 128%.<\/p>\n<p>The data shows what habits already pointed out: having an outdoors area has come to&nbsp;mean quality of life for many Brazilians.
